Deposit policy
We have implemented a new policy requiring all clients to pay deposit for scheduling appointments.
Cancellation Policy
At least 48 hours notice is required for any changes or cancellations to appointments, or a fee of full deposit of the scheduled service will be charged.
No – Shows
In the case of no-shows, the full amount of deposit will be charged. Repeat no-shows may result a loss of booking privileges. As a courtesy, we will send text and call reminders for appointments, but it is ultimately the responsibility of the client to remember their appointment date and time. Cancellations or changes must be communicated by phone/email/message to the salon.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may result in rescheduling or cancellation of appointments. Salon reserves the to cancel or alter your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late.
Walk -Ins
Walk-ins are welcome when availability allows, but reservations are recommended.
Re-Dos for Hair Services
Requests for redos of hair services must be made within 72 hours and with the same stylist. All fees and charges for services must be paid upon completion.
Payment
We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards Visa, MasterCard and cash.
